Mr. Anthonio Derin Philips has been appointed as LSDPC Executive Director, Business Development and Joint Ventures, following approval by the Governor of Lagos State, Babajide Sanwo-Olu.

The formal presentation of the appointment letter was carried out by the Lagos State Head of Service, Bode Agoro, at the Public Service Office, Secretariat, Alausa, Ikeja, on 23rd April 2026.

Mr. Philips, who previously served as Senior Special Assistant to the Governor on LSDPC Matters, assumes this new role with immediate effect. His appointment is expected to mark a significant step in the ongoing repositioning of the Corporation as the foremost housing provider in Lagos State.

As Executive Director, Business Development and Joint Ventures, Mr. Philips is expected to provide strategic leadership to foster partnerships, drive business growth, and strengthen joint venture initiatives. His role will be vital in enhancing private sector collaboration and accelerating housing delivery across the state.
